Kylian Mbappe fully rules out representing France at Paris Olympics

French Superstar Kylian Mbappe has ruled out any possibility of playing for France in the upcoming Paris Olympics.

“For the upcoming Olympics my club has a very position, so that means I will not be representing France in these games, that is how it is.” The frenchman was quoted as saying.

The announcement comes as Mbappe gears up to represent France at the European Championship in Germany.

The men’s Olympic football tournament is scheduled to begin on July 24 and conclude with the final on August 9. However, this coincides with the start of the Spanish football season, which is set to kick off a week later. Also, Real Madrid faces Atalanta in the UEFA Super Cup showdown on August 14 in Warsaw, further complicating Mbappe’s participation in the Olympics.

” I wish the best to the France team. I will of course watch all their games as a spectator, and I hope they bring back the gold medal.” Mbappe also added.
